Orders
An order is confirmed once we call or message you back. Prices are as displayed and never above MRP.
Delivery
Free delivery within 5 km. A ₹39 charge applies on orders under ₹499 outside that radius. Timings may vary during heavy rain or festivals.
Returns & refunds
Perishables can be returned to the rider on the spot. Packaged goods can be returned within 24 hours if unopened.
Pricing & stock
Fresh produce prices follow the daily mandi rate and may change without notice. Items may go out of stock during the day.
Khata accounts
Monthly credit is offered at the store's discretion and must be settled by the 7th of the following month.
